The Board of Directors and Delegates of The Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association (WACRA) look forward to your participation at the 50th Annual WACRA Conference in Cebu, 2008. We are providing the following information to meet your planning needs:

Either the Sponsorship Director and/or the Chairman should receive all Reservations Forms at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. If you are participating at the Conference, you may make reservations at the hotel and receive the preferential conference rate.

Products may be displayed daily during the conference hours:

Display materials and products to be shipped must arrive no later than 3 days before the start of the conference. Please address all shipments to the address above, to the attention of:

When mailing packages, please indicate the WACRA Conference and the date.

During the Conference, all materials and display items may be stored in a secure area. Only WACRA officials will have access to this room. All vendor items must be removed at the end of the conference.

Business Sponsor Space and Fee: Table Top exhibit, table linens and skirting will be provided. Table Top Fee is USD 1750 and a gift for the delegate raffle. The fee also includes a quarter page ad in the conference brochure. Social events and lunches are included in the table top fee for the vendor himself. If a sponsor wishes to attend with his/her guests, an additional fee of USD250 per guest will be required, as for regular delegates.

Signage: must be professionally designed and not exceed the dimensions of the tabletop area. No signs may be attached to the walls or ceiling. Additional requirements or questions : please contact Brad Bray at 404-773-6202.
